PMS Prime Private Resort and Event Place
- Guests must follow the scheduled check-in and check-out times.
- Late check-out may incur additional charges.
- Only the allowed number of guests can stay in the resort.
- Extra guests may require extra payment or may not be allowed.
- Loud music and excessive noise are usually restricted, especially at night.
- We enforce quiet hours (often 10 PM – 7 AM) to respect neighbors.
- No lifeguard on duty inside the resort.
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
- No glass bottles near the pool area.
- Eating is not allowed inside the pool.
- Smoking may only be allowed in designated areas.
- Excessive drinking that leads to disturbance or damage may result in penalties.
- Guests must keep the place clean.
- Trash should be placed in designated bins.
- We will charge a cleaning fee if the area is left messy.
- This resort is a pet friendly place.
- We provide 2 units of cage for your pets.
- Pets are not allowed to stay inside the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed to swim in the swimming pool.
- Guests are responsible for damaged furniture, appliances, or equipment.
- Any damage may be charged to the guest.
- Parties or events may require prior approval.
- Fireworks, illegal substances, or dangerous activities are prohibited.
- Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas.
- The resort management is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles.
- Guests use facilities at their own risk.
- Management is not responsible for lost valuables.
